McDonald's at 1303 Gessner Road, Houston, Texas.

Lobby is closed and still takes 20 minutes in the drive through. Miserable experience.

Edit: overcooked, no napkins, had to ask the rude person the window for dipping sauce. But the entire bottom of the bag is filled with ketchup. I don't eat it. Last time I went to this location they had no tenders. Never again.

This wasnt my first visit to this McDonald's but it will probably be my last. I placed my order and waited in line, the line didn't bother me because it was lunch time. What bothered me was that I didn't get my receipt and then they didn't give me my full order. How am I suppose to prove to them I didn't get my full order?? It frustrates me when they are constantly messing up. The breakfast team is WAY better than the afternoon and dinner time. With 3 people standing at the pick up window they should have gotten my order right. And obviously this isn't the first time they've messed up on my order.
