Freshii at 4790 Calhoun Road, Houston, Texas.

My recent experience at this store has been terrible. I usually frequent this place during lunch time because I love their soups and that they offer a nice alternative to the other stores around. However, I’m reluctant to come by ever again. The store recently had some new hirings and clearly Freshii’s have lowered their hiring as well as training standards. My soups used to be prepared with a decent amount of ingredients and broth, now they barely make it past the midway point of the container! The soup is so loose that I’m forced to go buy at another store to be moderately satiated. I used to be full from just the soup alone, but now there’s really no point. If you’re considering this store, don’t. You can find a more decently priced meal elsewhere, anywhere. There’s really no logic in paying for some overpriced soup (at least right now) that won’t even fill the gaps between your teeth, much less your stomach. I don’t feel like stalking the store, waiting for the new employees to get off their shift before ordering. Will not be coming back.
