    Horrible customer service. Staff all over the place. Had to approach desk several times to correct billing. 1st night, wasn't checked in, staff called early morning asking my name?...room had dirty carpet. Not a good visit. Only good thing was valet. Service from valet was good and friendly. Front desk didn't know anything.
