Beacon Hill Apartments at 8110 Creekbend Drive, Houston, Texas.

I went lookinhg for an apartment for my elderly handicap sister here. The lady made me sit over 30 minutes at her desk ,without acknowledging me and was on phone laughing and joking . she never made me aware of my present and she was rude once i finally asked do u see me sitting here. She looked at me started back talking on phone with friend. Very very rude an un profesdional and should be repremented for such nasty and un profesdional business ethics.
