Bank of America Financial Center at 8507 South Main Street, Houston, Texas.

I never in my life felt worst at a bank then I did at this location. This place already had a bad rating, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in. Right when I went into the bank, the welcome personnel was not sincere when she said "Hi". Almost made it awkward. I let it go because she was probably having a bad day. The thing that made me write this review was the bank teller. Just like what others are saying, she was extremely rude and I did not feel welcomed or cared for. I completely understand what others are saying about the tellers' behavior now. She did not care about me or what I had to say. She asked me a question and I answered, however she did not like my answer, gave me a attitude and wanted me to answer it her way. I could go into more details however I will never go to this location and I hope they improve because I might be switching banks.
