Comfort Inn Southwest Fwy at Westpark at 6687 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas.

The hotel is remodeling so rooms are lacking certain things. The elevator and lobby are warm. You see cables exposed as you walk around. Our fridge wasn't working, we didn't have enough towels, the tablet that is used as the phome wasnt working and we were missing light bulbs in 2 light fixtures. The staff was amazing and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. However, under those circumstances, I would have expected two things. First, a manager to speak up and say something. Second, to advertise the remodel on their website so people are not surprised.
